Rooftop deck offers stunning views of the monument.
Parking is a nightmare. very limited spaces available. Our standard queen room felt cramped with an awkward bed placement. Moving to the king room, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like cups or items for coffee.

The personalized service from José and Kevin made us feel at home, and their daily breakfast spread was absolutely delightful with fresh local ingredients.
Parking was quite challenging, as there were limited spaces available, making it difficult to find a spot without depending on other guests leaving.

Provincetown truly celebrates diversity and creativity, making for a vibrant family experience. Our stay was enhanced by the cozy roof deck, which became a favorite spot for evening chats. The delicious breakfast pastries were a hit with everyone, too!
My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests.

I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights and really liked the personal touch. The bed was super comfy and the room had enough space for both of us. The private bath was tiny but didn't bother me too much. It’s in such a great spot too—right in the middle of everything! Breakfast was way better than expected. they had awesome pastries and more than just coffee. Definitely made the mornings nice!

The location is unbeatable, just a two-block walk to vibrant town life. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, featuring varied choices including some standout Bernese Fries, which added a delightful twist to the morning. Room No. 6 is best avoided due to its cramped size. Additionally, there was a minor issue with room availability upon arrival, but staff were quick to assist and understanding. Parking was also a hassle, common in this lively area.
